肉粽/素粽/甜粽 Rice Dumplings (Meat/ Veg/ Sweet)

注意事項

-不建議用水煮方式加熱,會失去原有風味;若有時間,可讓肉粽自然解凍再加熱更好。冷凍狀態直接加熱也可以,請參考下面的說明

-加熱後可用筷子插入粽子裡測試,很容易穿過就表示熟了

-剝開粽子看肉有沒有完全解凍,只要中間的肉都熱透了,其它地方都一定熱透了

-我們的肉粽不添加任何防腐劑!請於賞味期限內享用

-喜歡吃粽子的軟爛程度因人而異,可依個人喜好調整水量及燜煮時間,水量越多、燜煮時間    越長,粽子吃起來越軟爛

 

建議加熱方式 (冷凍狀態肉粽)

A.電鍋(大同電鍋)

  

   放一個盤子或是鐵架,再將粽子放進去,加入約300mL的水, 按下開關開始煮

   (注意不要讓粽子泡在水裡粽子會爛掉)等開關跳到保溫,燜5分鐘即可

B.瓦斯爐

   1.鍋子內加入1000 mL 的水, 再放入鐵架或是讓蒸氣可以上來的盤子,將粽子擺在上面 (注意不要讓粽子泡在水裡會爛掉!若鍋子比較淺可以用鐵鍋或是碗將粽子與水隔開)

   2.蓋上鍋蓋,開大火。水滾後,轉小火滾20分鐘,關火悶5分鐘後即可享用

C.微波 

   1.準備一個碗,將肉粽與150 mL水一起放到碗內(不須太多水) 

   2.蓋上盤子/蓋子以防水份流失(沒蓋上蓋子粽子會乾掉)

   3.放進微波爐中,用中火加熱5~10分鐘即可

 

<建議保存方式>:

-冷凍保存(建議),可放1個月

-解凍後請在2天內食用

-冷藏保存,可放3

 

Reminders

- DO NOT BOIL the rice dumpling as it will lose its taste

- Defrost the rice dumpling the night, for a better taste

- Heat the rice dumpling till the meat inside the dumpling is hot, then the rice dumpling will be ready to serve.

- For a softer rice dumpling, cook with more water and during duration

 

Sugguested Heating Methods( From frozen condition):

Stove (Steaming)

  1. Add 1000ml of hot water to the pot and get an iron frame and a plate inside the pot and then put the rice dumpling on it to seperate the rice wrap from the water.

(Do not let the rice dumpling soak in the water to avoid rotting. If the pot is shallow,  a bowl can be used to separate the rice dumpling  from the water)

  1. Cover the pot with a lid and cook with high heat until the water is boiled and then with low heat cook for 20 minutes. So the steam can be cooking the rice dumpling inside out. After incubate for 5 mins!

Microwave

  1. Put the rice dumpling in a bowl with 150ml of water, cover the bowl to prevent water loss (without covering will lead to dryness)
  2. Mircowave with medium heat or 5-10 mins

 

<Storage Time Sugguestions>:

Freezer (recommended) for One month​

Consume within 2 days after defrosting

Refrigerated for 3 days​

 

牛肉麵 Beef Noodle Soup

快速微波食用方式

1烏冬面撕開放入滾水(水蓋過面微波3分鐘後,用筷子輕輕攪拌使麵在水中鬆開後,將熱水倒掉備用

2將牛肉湯連同真空包裝放入微波爐加熱,直到湯和牛肉都熱透為止

 *建議分二次加熱,第一次加熱完後先拿出打開,攪拌一下再放回微波爐加熱第二次,效果會更好)

 *真空包裝和容器都是可微波的

3連同酸菜和辣椒醬(個人喜好) 和燙過的烏冬麵一起加入熱好的牛肉湯,不到10分鐘就有一碗熱騰騰的地道紅燒牛肉麵,在家享受出門也吃不到的好滋味!

 *也可以隨自己喜好燙些青菜放入湯中

 

 <建議保存方式>:

牛肉湯建議冷凍保存,可放1個月

烏冬麵請保存常溫乾燥陰涼處

酸菜和辣椒醬請冷藏保存

 

Quick Heating Methods:

  1. To prepare the Udon Noodles, put the noodles in a container and cover the noodles with boiling water and microwave for three minutes. Then gently stir the noodles to seperate and then drain the water.
  2.  Heat the beef soup with the vacuum packaging in the microwave, until the soup and the beef are thoroughly hot
    *It is recommended to heat the soup more than once, stirring it occasionally before continuing to heat.

            *vacuum packaging and containers are microwaveable

    3. Add the hot beef soup into the hot udon and you can add pickled veg and the spicy sauce if desired, for a hot spicy taste

     In less than ten minutes you can have a bowl of piping hot authentic Taiwanese Beef noodles.

    *You can also add some vegetables if you like too

     

    <Storage Method Sugguestions>:

    Beef soup, should be kept frozen up to a month

    Udon noodle should be kept at room temperature in a cool dry place .

    Pickle veg and chili sauce should be kept refrigerated

     

    豬血糕 Taiwanese Black Pudding:

    建議食用方式:

    1將真空包裝拆開,特製醬料可放常溫或冷藏退凍

    2將冷凍的已切成六塊的豬血糕分開(不吃的可以再放回冷凍保存)

    3加熱方式:

    電鍋蒸法(建議):將豬血糕放在盤子中放入蒸鍋中(如大同電鍋),在蒸鍋中放住足夠的水,蒸到中心熱透即可

    微波爐加熱:將豬血糕放入滾水中(水剛好淹過豬血糕),放入微波爐加熱到中心熱透即可

     *可以用筷子或隨附的竹籤插入豬血糕測試,如果很順得穿過去表示裡面已經熱透

    4將竹籤由底部穿過熱透的豬血糕

    5分別將退冰的特製醬料,以及隨附的花生粉倒在不同的外賣盒大小的容器中

    6拿著豬血糕,表面先沾滿特製醬料,再沾滿花生粉,就是道地的台灣豬血糕了! 

    *可放入香菜,味道更好喔!

    *豬血糕也可以當火鍋料、用來煮菜等不同吃法

     

     <保存方式>:

    豬血糕建議冷凍保存,可放1個月

    花生粉請保存常溫乾燥陰涼處

    特製醬料請冷藏保存

     

    Sugguested Serving:

    1. Take everything out from the vacuum packaging and defrost the sauce over night in room temperature or in the fridge
    2. There are six in a packet. You can heat up as many as you like, if you are not heating up all six, you can place the rest in the freezer and eat later.
    3. Sugguested heating method for Taiwanese Black Pudding:
    • Stove (Steaming):

    Put the pudding onto a plate and then put it into a pot. Turn the stove on to steam with 500ml of water, steam the pudding until the center is hot enough.

    • Microwave

    Pour boiling water until the taiwanese black pudding is covered.Then put it in the microwave and heat it till the center is hot.

    *The bamboo stick can be used to poke the centre to see if the pudding is fully cooked. When it goes through softly it is ready to serve

    1. Put the sauce and the peanut powder in seperate containers, then dip the pudding in the sauce followed by the peanut powder. So the powder will coat the pudding.
     Authentic Taiwanese Black Pudding is ready to be served!

    *You can put corriender, for a finishing tast

    *Taiwanese Black Pudding can also be used as an ingredient to put into your hot pot or any other dishes.

     

    <Storage Method Suggestion>:

    Taiwanese Black Pudding can be frozen up to a month,

    peanut powder should be kept at room temperature

    should and sauce should refrigerate.

     

    手切滷肉 Hand-Chopped Braised Pork

    建議加熱方式

    1將手切滷肉連同真空包裝放入微波爐加熱,直到熱透為止

     *建議分二次加熱,第一次加熱完後先拿出打開,攪拌一下再放回微波爐加熱第二次,效果會更好)

     *真空包裝和容器都是可微波的

    2將滷肉倒入煮好的白飯上就可以食用了!

     *也可以試試拌麵、米粉等不同主食,一樣好吃喔!

     

    <保存方式>:

    冷凍保存(建議),可放1個月

    冷藏保存,可放2天

     

    Sugguested Heating Methods:

    Put the Braised Pork in a microwave with the vacuum packaging until it is piping hot and ready to serve. It is recommended to heat the Braised Pork more than once, stirring it occasionally before continuing to heat. Then you can serve our Braised Pork with boiled rice, noodles, rice noodles, etc. Try your own way!

    *Vacuum packaging and containers are microwaveable

     

    <Storage Time Sugguestions>:

    Braised Pork can be kept frozen for up to a month, refrigerated for up to 2 days

     

    刈包 Gua Bao (Taiwanese Hamburger)

    建議加熱方式

    完全解凍後,將刈包皮及特製刈包肉一起蒸5分鐘 (或蒸至軟熱)。用刷子在刈包皮內側刷上特製醬汁,接著並放入肉片,酸菜,撒上花生粉即可食用。

     *根據個人喜好可再加上香菜提味 

     *不建議用微波加熱!!皮和肉微波後會變硬

     

    <建議保存方式>:

    刈包皮和肉建議冷凍,可放1個月

    特製醬汁及酸菜冷藏,可放超過1個月

    花生粉室溫保存即可

     

    Serving Sugguestion :

    After defrosting Gua Bao skin and meat completely, steam both meat and skin for 5 min (or till hot and soft). Brush the specially-made sauce onto the inner part of the Gua Bao skin, then put meat, pickle and peanut powder inside and close Gua Bao to enjoy!

     *Serving with coriander acordning to personal preference

     *AVOID microwaving, as Skin and meat will become hard. 

      

    <Storage Sugguestions>:

     

    Gua Bao skin and meat can be kept frozen for up to 1 month

    Sauce and pickle kept refrigerated for up to 1 month

    Store peanut powder at room temperature

     

    紅燒獅子頭 Braised Meatball with Soy Sauce

    成份

    豬肉碎、薑、洋蔥、西芹、醬油、酒、糖、鹽、雞粉,香油、食用油、太白粉、玉米粉、蛋、大白菜、香菇、胡蘿蔔

     

    建議加熱方式

    瓦斯爐:完全解凍後,用瓦斯爐開大火蒸20-30分鐘後,湯汁燒滾後勾少許芡,即可食用

     微波:完全解凍後,用微波爐加熱8-10分鐘(視微波爐功率而定),即可食用

     

    <保存方式>:

    冷凍保存(建議),可放1個月

    冷藏保存,可放2天

     

    Ingredients:

    Minced pork, ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, chicken powder, cooking oil, sesame oil, egg, Chinese leaves, Chinese mushroom, carrot, celery, onion, potato starch and cornflour.

    Serving Sugguestion:

    Steaming

     Fully defrost, put into steamer and steam for 20-30 minutes before serving .  Potato starch can be added to the sauce to make the sauce thicker.

    Microwaving

     Fully defrost, put into microwave for 8-10 minutes depending on the power of  your microwave.

     

    Storage Sugguestions:

    Frozen: kept for up to 1 month

    Refrigerated: kept for up to 2 days

     

    荷葉糯米雞Glutinous Rice Chicken Roll

    成份

    糯米、雞腿肉、乾蝦米、香菇、香腸

     

    建議加熱方式

    瓦斯爐:完全解凍後,用瓦斯爐開大火蒸10-15分鐘後即可食用

    微波:完全解凍後,用微波爐加熱4-5分鐘(視微波爐功率而定),即可食用

     *可依個人喜好沾不同的醬料食用

     

    <建議保存方式>

    冷凍狀態下,可保持1個月

    冷藏狀態下,可保持3天

     

     

    Ingredients:

    Glutinous rice, chicken,  Chinese sausages, Chinese mushrooms and dry shrimps .

      

    Serving Sugguestion:

    Steaming 

     Fully defrost before put into steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes before serving .

    Microwaving 

     Fully defrost, put into microwave for 4-5 minutes depending on the power of your microwave.

      *Serving  with different type of sauces according to personal preference.

      

    Storage Sugguestions:

     Frozen: kept for up to 1 month

     Refrigerated: kept for up to 3 days

      

    台式肉圓(蒸) / 珍珠素肉圓 Taiwanese Meatballs & Mini Vegballs :

    肉圓成份

    豬肉、筍、香菇、油、醬油、五香粉、酒、澱粉、地瓜粉、西谷米

    珍珠素肉圓成份

    香菇、筍、蘿蔔乾、西芹、蔥油酥、蚝油、地瓜粉、西谷米

     

    建議食用方式

    請先解凍至常溫

    蒸:蒸是最好的加熱方式解凍至常溫後,水開後蒸6-8分鐘後即可食用。個人可以依蒸爐大小作調整

    微波:解凍至常溫後,在肉圓上噴點水,微波加熱1-2分鐘(視微波爐功率而定),中途請先暫停一次翻個面

     *最後淋上所附的肉圓醬料食用

     

    <建議保存方式>

    冷凍狀態下,可保持3個月

    冷藏狀態下,可保持3天

     

     

    Taiwanese meatball Ingredients:

         Pork, Banboo shoot, Chinese mushrooms, oil, Say sauce, Five spicy powder, cooking wine, Starch, Sago and Potato starch .

    Taiwanese Mini Vegtball Ingredients:

         Banboo shoot, Chinese mushrooms, Carrots, Selery, Fried shallot, Oyster sauce, Sago and Potato starch .

      

    Serving Sugguestion:

    Please defrost product into room temperature 

    Steaming 

     Steaming is the best way to heat Taiwanese meatball and Taiwanese Mini Vegball. After defrosted putting into steamer and steaming for 6-8 minutes before serving. Time may vary depending on steamer size and power. 

    Microwaving 

     After defrosted, spray some water on the product before putting into microwave for 1-2 minutes depending on the power of your microwave. Please turn the product upside down once between heating.

      *Serving  with sauces according to personal preference.

      

    Storage Sugguestions:

     Frozen: kept for up to 3 month

     Refrigerated: kept for up to 3 days

     

    油條 Fried Bread Sticks:

    成份

    面粉、蘇打粉、食用明礬、鹽

     

    建議加熱方式

    烤箱(建議)用烤箱170度預熱後,烤5分鐘後即可食用

    炒鍋加熱:在炒鍋或平底鍋加一點點油,兩面煎至脆即可

          *用微波爐加熱出來會是軟的,故此不建議微波加熱

      

    <建議保存方式>

    冷凍狀態下,可保持1個月

    冷藏狀態下,可保持3天

     

     

    Ingredients:

         Wheat flour, Baking soda, Alum and Salt

     

      

    Serving Sugguestion:

    Oven (Recommendations):

         Pre-heat oven at 170°C (350°F ) then bake at 160-170°C (350°F ) for 5 mins

    Frying Pan:

         Add some oil on frying pan and heat the fried bread sticks double sides till it is fully hot

      *Heating with microwave is not recommended as the fried bread stick may get soft and soggy but not crispy any more.

      

    Storage Sugguestions:

     Frozen: kept for up to 1 month

     Refrigerated: kept for up to 3 days

     

    千層酥(芋泥、紅豆、香蘭) 蛋黃酥Taiwanese Pastries (Red Bean/ Taro /Pandan/ Yolk)

    建議置入烤箱回烤風味更加!能吃到外皮香酥可口,多層次的口感!

    烤箱(建議):烤箱預熱後,以160-170ºC ( 350ºF ) 烤8-10分鐘即可

    微波爐: 10-15秒(室溫狀態)

     

    <建議保存方式>:

    冷藏保存,約3星期

    常溫下:約10-14天(低溫乾燥處,建議儘早食用)

     

     

     

    Sugguested Heating Methods:

    Oven (Recommendations):

    Pre-heat oven at 160-170°C (350°F ) then bake at 160-170°C (350°F ) for 8-10 mins 

    Microwave:

    Heat for 10-15 seconds from room temperature

     

    Storage Sugguestions:

    Keep refrigeratored for up to 21 days, at room temperature for about 10 to 14 days (keep in dry and low temperature, recommend to eat asap)

     

    鳳梨酥 Pineapple Cake

     可以直接食用,或是放進微波爐10-15秒即可

     

     <保存方式>:

    冷凍保存,可放1個月

    冷藏保存,約21天

    常溫下:約10-14天(低溫乾燥處,建議儘早食用)

     

    Sugguested Heating Methods:

    Pineapple cake can be served at room temperature, or put in microwave for 10-15 seconds

     

    Storage Sugguestions:

    Refrigerated for up to 14 days

    Room Temperature for about 8 to 10 days
